Linda Voigt wins the 10th Annual Miss Palm Beach Gardens Pageant in 1975, surrounded by members of the city council (left to right: John Kiedis, Walter Wiley, Linda Voigt, Michael Martino, and John Orr). All girls living in Palm Beach Gardens and in the 11th or 12th grade were eligible to enter in the contest from its inception in 1966, a program that was and continues to be endorsed by the City Council and facilitated by the city's recreation department.
