Description

Bill Earle (pictured here with his wife, Nancy) was elected on April 3, 1966 to complete the first five-member city council, along with Ted Dela Court, Michael Jackson, George Bonner, and Jim Hughes. After leaving the council in the late 60s, Earle continued to make a difference in the planning of Palm Beach Gardens City Hall before eventually relocating to Huddleston, Virginia. He is pictured here at the Commemoration of the City Hall Planning.
