During the construction of a new recreation center in Palm Beach Gardens, Bill Kazakavage, a member of the public works crew recalled that he had buried a Burns Road Community Center (BRCC) time capsule some 21 years earlier. Kazakavage contacted city officials who proceeded with the extraction.
